Dr. Saad Aldousari is an assistant professor in the department of surgery (urology
unit) at Kuwait University. Dr. Aldousari obtained an MBBCh degree in 2003 from the
Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He then completed urology residency training
in 2011 at McGill university in Montreal, Canada followed by a Society of Urologic
Oncology (SUO) fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Aldousari is
currently the hospital director and chairman of the department of surgery at Sabah
Al-Ahmad Urology Center (SAUC).
Dr. Aldousari is involved in Kuwait urology residency training program at Kuwait
Institute for Medical Specialization (KIMS) having served as chair of urology
examination committee from 2016 until 2019 and head of urology faculty from 2019
until the present time. Dr. Aldousari’s areas of expertise include cancer surgery and
minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
