Dr. Haidar Almohri holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford, CT, as well as M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering, with the emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. He has more than 8 years of industry experience in Siemens, Kuwait in different roles including digital transformation officer. He is currently an Executive Manager in Gulf Bank, Kuwait, heading the Data Science, Analytics, and MIS department. He has participated in various local and international seminars and conferences as a speaker and has run several workshops and training courses in the field of data science. His research interests include Big Data analytics, High-Dimensional Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Mixture Models, and Multi-objective Optimization.
